Refunds & Exchanges

All Services are nonrefundable and sale is Final. 

Products purchased can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please email customer service at Cola@TheGoddessFitness.com

Please see sizing information and confirm you have the correct size in your cart prior to confirming your order.

Shipping & Pickup Information

Shipping Information

If you chose to have your package shipped, you will receive an email within 2 business days with tracking information. 

All Shipments are sent Priority Mail through USPS. Priority Mail is 3-5 business days for delivery. The Flat rate for shipping changes based on USPS current rates. However, will never be above $9. If you have an issue with your shipment, please reach out to usps.com with your tracking information. Current rate is reflected in checkout.

Pick Up Information

If you chose to pick up your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours with address for pickup and more detailed instructions. If you do not receive an email, please email Cola@theGoddessFitness.com or call 816-977-5620.

Sizing Information

All Products are true to size. If you wear a Medium Shirt then you should order a medium from this site. Remember if you order a waist trainer, you want it to fit snug. You want to put in just a little work to ensure you get that snatched looked

Personal Training Policies

Please arrive on time and ready to work. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period on session start times. If you are more than 15 minutes late your session will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

You may choose to either come in person or video conference for your sessions. If you choose one and need to use the other option, that is available. Please be sure to alert your coach of your desire to do this 24 hours prior to your session.

We understand that issues arise. However, if you have 3 cancellations, reschedules or tardies; your plan will be terminated. Coach Cola holds the right to terminate a plan if any of the above occurs or if client constantly comes in with a bad attitude. Please arrive ready to work and positively motivated. A MASK IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES!
